The State and Local Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue for Life Safety Inspection Vault LIV in the assigned territory.
This includes providing feedback on market requirements product capabilities and future industry developments and trends in the assigned region.
This position will drive the sales based on LIVs sales methodology including account penetration prospect qualification supervision of sales activity sales process planning negotiation and closing all sales opportunities.
We are looking for someone that has an in depth understanding of the State and Local Government vertical as a whole and has a history of success selling at the highest levels.
Who youre committed to being Experience youll need About the Company LIV software is a webbased application.
It is used to create and manage inspection reports for all local business and inspection service companies to be in compliance with State and Local Fire Code.
We automate the reception of reports from premises and inspectors to the Fire Marshal of that jurisdiction.
The platform empowers Third Party Safety Inspection companies to create and upload required safety reports all on their own without physically delivering to the fire marshal.
We automate notifications to customers of upcoming inspections and provide key data and analytics to t he Fire Marshal to ensure that all Fire and Life Safety systems are current and up to code.
