Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist Is responsible for providing administrative support to the business unitbrokerage team.
Duties include prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at once tracking action items reviewing material for spelling content coordination for proposals as well as other administrative items like expenses and marketing budgets.
Essential Functions Job Duties Administration Assist the business unit with administrative tasks such as expense reports Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team Database management with multiple industry sources Prioritize and track action items as developed by project team Provide general administrative support e.
g.
File management organizing distribution of marketing efforts general office maintenance invoicing and correspondence and provide cover for reception and answering phones as needed.
Marketing Support Assist with execution of marketing campaigns including scheduling campaigns maintenance of mailing lists and running campaign reports Coordinate business content for proposals and digital channels Create various presentation materials including charts graphs and excel worksheets Write or edit documents for spelling grammar and layout Monitor competitor research and data collection Client Support Liaise with clients to coordinate information organize meetings and obtain required documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education Experience and Skills Preferred Bachelors degree from a fouryear college or university preferably in Business Marketing or another related field.
Previous experience in a similar position considered an asset Previous commercial real estate experience is considered an asset.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional customer service organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work under pressure deal with multiple deadlines effectively handles stressful situations and work with minimal directionsupervision.
Excellent communication followthrough and followup skills and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
High degree of professionalism and passion for success.
Selfstarter and team player with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to obtain a Utah Real Estate License will be necessary in the future.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
