Project Manager - Insulation & Garage Doors
Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Have you been out installing insulation or garage doors for the past 3-5 years and looking to move up and take the next step? Or have you had experience as a supervisor or project manager in either of those fields and looking for a different opportunity? We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible to secure, manage, and closeout insulation and garage door projects.
Initially you will be working alongside the owner to learn and after the training period will be responsible for the following duties:
Estimate and bid projects.
Solicit opportunities to bid new work.
Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships.
Manage insulation, garage door projects, and ensure they are profitable.
Provide field support to foreman to help ensure compliance with contract documents and job specifications.
Provide frequent input to customers based on observations from the field; this will include planning, tracking, and updating schedule with customers.
Coordinate project schedule between customers and our scheduling team.
Other duties may be assigned.
Work Experience & Skills Minimum of three years' experience installing insulation or garage doors.
General knowledge of general construction processes, practices, and work sites.
General knowledge of safety regulations and state building codes.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Networking and relationship building skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Must be comfortable and proficient using various computer software programs and tools.
Basic math skills.
Must have a valid driver's license & DOT Physical.
Compensation Package Includes:
Salary during training period and will transition to a commission-based position.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
