Education and Experience A minimum of two years of property management experience as Leasing Specialist, Assistant Community Manager or Community Manager.
Yardi experience.
Responsibilities Support implementation of and provide direction to employees on Peak Living policies and procedures.
Work with struggling properties to improve performance related but not limited to delinquency, collections, leasing, overall file management, office standardization, renewals, etc.
Develop and maintain a cadence of audits including Common Area Charges, renters' insurance, security deposit alternatives, employees residing onsite, etc.
The Operations Performance Analyst supports all Peak Living onsite operations as needed.
Reporting responsibilities include preparation of weekly and monthly reports, and any other reports requested by VP of Performance Identify areas for improvement and improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the community.
Provide assurance and evaluation of management's governance, risk management, controls and compliance, systems, processes and policies, and procedures to assist senior leadership in their oversight role.
Execute complex audits and assessments, determine the scope of work, conduct the work required to accomplish the audit objectives and then timely communicate the conclusions reached.
Collaborate organization-wide with all levels of staff to perform the audits and assessments and obtain management feedback.
Formulate objective opinions based on audit results.
Supports a culture of ethical values and fraud risk awareness.
Provides guidance and/or consultation related to governance, risk management, and controls to improve financial and operational performance of the business.
Investigates reported accounting, auditing and internal control concerns then proposes measures for resolution.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
