The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for all Quality Assurance - the champion of product quality.
She or he will manage and implement lean SQF quality programs throughout organization.
The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for product development and execute the R&D/Product Development program.
Qualifications include:

years of experience in food quality assurance 3
years of experience in manufacturing environment Full understanding of and ability to implement HACCP, food safety programs, GFSI, and SQF Ability to lead 3rd Party audits Experience with bakery process equipment and process flow Organized, practical mind that can understand process.
Able to define and communicate procedures and instructions to create efficient execution at production level Food Science degree or other food-related degree Ability to create and commercialize retail bakery products Entrepreneurial Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Responsibilities include:
Work with production, operations, and customers to assure the highest quality products Drive, manage, and implement all aspects of SQF quality assurance program Generate recipes, nutritional information, procedures, and quality specifications to ensure consistent quality in commercial production Manage quality team Provide and verify all documentation concerning product production Work with production on yield, efficiency and other production procedure improvements Maintain and manage all documentation concerning quality assurance, maintenance and sanitation programs Provide and manage all R&D functions Job Type:
