Qualifications Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Expense Reports, and Executive Support Skilled at bookkeeping and Quickbooks (or willing to learn) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Job Type:
