We represent injured workers in their work comp claims.
We are in need of another case manager/paralegal/intake specialist to join our team.
No prior experience is necessary.
Eligible candidates will be self-motivated, demonstrate good writing and communication skills, and will understand the importance of working diligently for our clients.

The position (including training) is in-office and office attendance is required.
Our new office is located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include answering phones, interviewing potential clients, communicating with clients, attorneys, medical care providers, vendors on the phone and through email, texting, and face-to-face, and managing the Attorneys' calendars.
You will be the first point of contact for most communications.
Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners Greet visitors and perform initial screening of clients Produce and file various legal documents such as appeals, motions or applications for hearings Preserve an updated case record system Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate Ability to initiate communications with prospective clients and convert them to clients Ability to discuss medical issues and delicate client issues in a confidential professional manner Maintain and update inventories of contact details Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders Qualifications Professional attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by phone, email, and text.

Customer service skills Minimum Educational Requirement:
High School Degree Interest in the Law is helpful, but no legal experience is necessary.
Interest in having empathy and compassion for injured persons is helpful and necessary Typing skills-ability to create documents and templates Ability to dress and groom professionally (business casual most of the time) Ability to be in-office on a regular time schedule Pay This is a full or part-time position.
Pay scale is $12-20/hr plus bonuses and limited vacation days.
Hours are flexible - we would prefer 25-35 hrs per week 4-5 days per week, 5-8 hours per day.
This position will be in our Pleasant Grove office.
