be/DT5n7oU0Hi0 A Day In The Life As the Online Community Manager, you'll influence our online reputation every day.
You'll work closely with the Social Media Manager to run community engagement strategies on platforms like Facebook, Reddit, and more to foster growth and engagement.
You'll tailor approaches to each platform and audience, creating meaningful connections and conversations.
You'll also manage a list of the communities/groups you're in, report helpful data, and develop templates to use as you interact.
The Social Media Manager will also help ensure you're posting quality responses that align with our goals and brands.
Beyond community monitoring and interaction, you'll do social listening, provide relevant resources to our audiences, build connections, and share insights that can enhance our content and strengthen our brands.
You'll also look for opportunities to collect user-generated content and testimonials that we can leverage in our overall marketing efforts.
You'll monitor and respond to online reviews and social media comments, collaborate with other departments to address negative feedback and pass along helpful insights and opportunities.
You'll position our brands as leaders in insurance by sharing relevant and valuable information.
You'll always be professional and authentic, leaving a positive and lasting impression.

Work Schedule & Location This can be a fully remote job, a blend of partially remote/partially in-office, or fully in-office in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
We have some flexibility on actual hours, but we're targeting up to 20 hours each week with most of them during typical business hours and on a regular schedule Monday - Friday.
You'll work these things out with your manager.
