Part-time (22-28hrs/wk):
Flexible schedule needed as shifts will vary between mornings, afternoons, and full days, with rotating Saturday mornings.
Our office hours are M-F 7am-6pm and Sat 8am-1pm.
We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Dependable attendance required! Must be 18 or older to apply.

As the face of VCA, you will set the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.
You are the pivot around which the hospital operates and are responsible for:
Customer service functions, including:
greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and to respond to prospective clients inquiries.
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including filling prescriptions.
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.
e.
, heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and parasite control).
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times--both inside and outside.
Pay $15/hour.
