Customer Service Representative

Interact with customers to answer product and service questions, resolve complaints, and take or edit orders. Job duties include:
-Answers customer calls and emails pertaining to product and service questions.
-Resolves customer complaints or questions by determining the cause of the problem, finding the best solution, quickly correcting the problem, and following up with the customer.
-Creates new customer accounts.
-Takes orders or makes changes to existing orders.
-Maintains records of new customer accounts and order returns.
-Accomplishes special assignments given by management as needed.
-Bilingual English and Spanish
-Problem Solving
-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through email

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
