Call Center/Customer Service

Upbeat personality type with a lot of energy to make outgoing phone calls to our customers to schedule appointments and set up new services. You can expect to make at least 200 phone calls a day. In addition, you will be cross-trained to fill in for other office staff when necessary. But the main job is to make those calls!
Good computer skills and organization is important. Good English, able to learn quickly and use your listening skills on the phone to determine customer needs. The ideal candidate will be available to work Tuesday-Saturday in our Pleasant Grove office. Part time may be considered for the right person. Able to work with moderate supervision. Opportunities for bonus and commission. Must be non-smoker and able to pass a criminal background check.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
