We provide customer support specializing in inbound and outbound, email response, live web chat, employee leasing and interactive voice response (IVR) services. With multiple contact centers ROI Call Center Solutions provides uninterrupted 24 7 support 365 days each year.
We are seeking agents to work all shifts (Graveyard, Night, and Day).
Job Duties:
Answer and make calls Quickly and Effectively
Be empathetic with customer's needs
Effectively problem solve
Professional Tone on the phone
Complete special assignments as required.
Take advantage of sales opportunities as they arrive
Troubleshoot with customers over the phone
Skills Required:
Microsoft Office - Word and Excel spreadsheet knowledge
Ability to follow detailed instructions in both written and verbal form
Data entry
Excellent organizational skills
Effective time management
Ability to work independently, without a lot of supervision

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
