Inbound Customer Service taking calls for a leading outdoor company supporting all types of hunting products including game calls, deer feeders, and trail cameras. If you are professional and articulate we want to speak with you. You must have strong interpersonal skills, take personal responsibility for your work and try to relate to Bubba while helping him bag the big one! If you have a passion for the outdoors this may be a perfect fit. If you don't have a passion for the outdoors this sill may be a perfect fit as it's a riot listening to bubba's stories while providing good customer service on an enjoyable campaign. ROI Solutions is a rapidly growing customer contact center located in Pleasant Grove specializing in lead generation and customer service.
Schedule is Mon - Fri, 7am-4pm
-Good quality inbound customer service reps that have experience up-selling other products on a customer service call.
-Good phone skills and strong work ethic.
-Responsible and dependable individuals.
-Background check will be performed upon hire.
-Punctuality is a must.
