Customer Service Rep
We are Insurance specialty experts with the need to add another valuable player to our customer care team. This is a position for a career minded individual who wants to grow with the company. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Vacation. Drug Free workplace, EEO
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Field Incoming customer service calls
Respond to email messages
Create, edit, and review insurance certificates
Manage online insurance policies
Qualifications:
Must obtain an Insurance Property and Casualty license within 30 days of hire (training provided)
Prior customer service experience required
Professional communication skills
Advanced multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
Policies you will be managing are online programs, so strong internet navigation skills are a must as well as strong computer skills
Ability to quickly learn all online insurance programs so that you can accurately and efficiently take care of the customers' needs
Need to be a team player and someone with the motivation and passion to become a key member of our business
