After successfully launching several web applications, we are interested in growing our portfolio. Seeking a talented web developer to join our team and take ownership of all sites.

Reverse engineer existing applications
Improve common code implementation enabling rapid updates and deployment
Work with team to create project scopes
Intelligently architect programming projects
Code new sites/applications
Work with and utilize intern/overseas developers
Produce results and meet deadlines by staying on task and eliminating distractions
Skills/
Experience:
4
years of recent direct web development
2
years reviewing project scopes
Strong knowledge of PHP or Ruby on Rails, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
Experience creating and working with APIs
Strong skills in modularizing code (creating gems)
Git revision control and Heroku application deployment
Task management via Jira
Excellent planning and execution skills
MUST be an excellent communicator

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
