Customer Service Phone Agent

Summary:
Provide customer service to Independent Business Owners and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to customer requests. This requires a long period of time sitting in front of a computer, using phones, listening and speaking to Independent Business Owners (IBOs).
Make IBOs the number one priority.
Provide customers with service and product information.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using Exigo software.
Enter issue into contact tracking on customer inquiries if not resolved immediately.
Research billing issues, misapplied payments, and track orders.
Recommend process improvements.
Read any updates or word tracks from supervisors.
Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and internet.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
High School diploma or equivalent.
One to three years related customer service experience and/or training.
DIRECT SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
