We provide customer support specializing in inbound and outbound , email response, live web chat, employee leasing and interactive voice response (IVR) services. With multiple contact centers ROI Call Center Solutions provides uninterrupted 24 7 support 365 days each year.
We are seeking agents to9 work the graveyard shift (12:00 pm - 7:00 am) to support the inbound customer service calls.
Job Duties:
Answer Calls Quickly and Effectively
Be empathetic with customers needs
Effectively problem solve
Professional Tone on the phone
Complete special assignments as required.
Take advantage of sales opportunities as they arrive
Troubleshoot with customers over the phone
SHIFTS:
Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm
Monday-Wed 2pm-9pm
or
Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm
Microsoft Office - Word and Excel spreadsheet knowledge
Ability to follow detailed instructions in both written and verbal form
Data entry
Excellent organizational skills
Effective time management
Ability to work independently, without a lot of supervision
