Localization Manager
TestOut Corporation creates training software that helps change lives by teaching job skills. The Localization Manager will be a key role in helping us expand our reach to international markets. Our employees look forward to producing a useful product that makes a difference in peoples lives.
Responsibilities
--Oversee the localization of our courses into Portuguese
--Manage relationships with localization vendors and contractors
--Interview, hire, and train a team of localization specialists
--Implement development processes to streamline localization efforts
--Help coordinate localization of marketing and sales materials
Requirements
--Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English
--Bachelors degree
--2-3 years product development localization experience
--Experience managing teams
--Strong technical background and ability
--Attention to detail
Desired qualifications
--Project management experience
--Software development or instructional background
--Computer networking experience
--Video or audio editing experience
