Front Desk Receptionist

ROI Solutions is looking for a motivated individual to help manage the office and assist the executive team. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Word and Excel, be able to meet deadlines, be a team player and be willing to help others with miscellaneous projects.
This role plays a key part in the atmosphere and attitude of the office; we are looking for someone who is always happy to help, work hard and grow with our awesome company!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Filing, record keeping
- Assist with administrative related duties, assignments, and special projects as assigned
- Reception - cheerfully interact with visitors, whether in person or via telephone and/or email correspondence and direct them to appropriate departments or staff
- Maintaining appearance of reception and lobby area
- Take initiative to provide support with high priority projects
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- Build Culture Help plan company events, make ROI the best place to work!
- Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills
- Ability to see project through from conceptualization to completion
- Exceptional level of integrity and confidentiality; ability to maintain privacy and discretion
- Great attitude and work ethic

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
