Customer Care Call Center
Thorn Pest Solutions is looking for EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS to join our office in our Inbound/Outbound Calling campaign. We are a local company passionate about protecting families and businesses from pests and dedicated to growing our business by providing the best possible service. Scheduling appointments, contacting previous clients, and offering new services as well as educating customers are the main functions of the position. You will be on the phone most of the day! Knowledge of the local area (Salt Lake and Utah counties) is critical for efficient scheduling. You must be outgoing, upbeat and convey energy and a smile!
Answer calls professionally
Make 250-300 outgoing calls a day to our customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Enter customer information
Provide customers with product and service information
Route service calls geographically and logically
Enjoying your time while working
Requirements
Computer proficient- Type 35-40 wpm, navigating and multi-tasking
experience
Customer Service experience- Prefer at least 1-2 years of Call
Center experience
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to
excel
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management,
organization and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding performance goals
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume
call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance
towards a potential resolution, and resolve their concerns
Stable, relevant work history
High School Diploma or GED required
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Full time M-F 9am-6pm or Tue-Sat. Some hours may be flexible.
