THIS JOB IS FOR 6-8 WEEKS only! You will be on the phone most of the day calling our customer base. NO COLD CALLING. Knowledge of the local area (Salt Lake and Utah counties) is critical for efficient scheduling. You must be outgoing, upbeat and convey energy and a smile! Ability to learn a new computer scheduling program is important.
Answer calls professionally
Make 250-300 outgoing calls a day to our customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Enter customer information
Provide customers with product and service information
Route service calls geographically and logically
Enjoying your time while working
Computer proficient- Type 35-40 wpm, navigating and multi-tasking experience.
Customer Service experience- Prefer at least 1-2 years of Call Center experience.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel.
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management,organization and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding performance goals
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and resolve their concerns
Stable, relevant work history
High School Diploma or GED required
Must pass a background check and drug screen

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
