Customer Service Inbound & Outbound
Hours: 40 week
Pay: $10.00 / hr
Seeking customer service representatives for several different assignments with the same company. Seeking people with excellent phone and customer service skills.
Job Duties:
Communicates with the customer.
Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
Follows escalation procedures as needed.
Handles customer problems related to departmental functions.
Handles disgruntled and dissatisfied customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Researches and resolves customer's disputes and problems within established guidelines.
Responds to customer inquires regarding service, billing, equipment, features, activations, and/or changes to account information taken via telephone, mailings, fax, or e-mail.
Strives to resolve customer issues on the first call without having to transfer callers.
Up-selling and / or Renewals
Utilizes computer/on-line guidelines in responding to customer inquiries.
