Customer Service Representative
Nexeo Hr is looking for some Inbound Call Center Representatives in the Pleasant Grove area. If you have inbound or outbound call center experience you would be the right fit.The Call Center Representative will be taking inbound calls to make sure that customers qualify for contracts. There are part-time and full-time positions available. It's a great summer job or something on top of a full-time job that you may have. Great hours and great work environment.
Description
Assists Clients and Customers, via telephone, e-mail or chat, with orders, inquiries, requests, problem resolution, and comments/feedback regarding products/services
Consults with Clients and Customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services
Recommends appropriate products, services, or solutions
Performs duties in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
Meets/exceeds Company and client goals for levels of performance
May be assigned additional tasks and projects at the discretion of the Center Leadership
Previous customer service, banking or retail experience helpful
Proven track record of excellence in closing sales and/or generating qualified leads
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional computer skills
Ability to learn required information and ongoing training
Requirements
HS Diploma/GED required, some college preferred
1-3 years call center experience/sales experience preferred
Responsibilities for inbound call segment applies based on individual assignment.
Successfully participates and completes all required learning and ongoing training
Entering & processing orders
Processing cancel/change requests
Requesting reprints/credits
Ensuring security and privacy of customer's information
Offer appropriate products, services, and solutions to meet customer needs
Maintains a professional appearance and a quality work environment that adheres to all safety and security policies
Works within a team environment supporting both team objectives and overall Center objectives
Ensures appropriate follow-through steps are completed for each call
Receive inbound calls to achieve the goals of assigned call segment
Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
