Close To My Heart is a Direct Sales company. We sell our scrapbooking and stamping products through Independent Consultants. Our current open position is in Customer Service, (no sales) part time, Monday Friday from 12:
00pm 4:
00pm. Benefits are not offered with this position. Your main task would be taking calls and responding to emails from our Consultants. A writing sample may be requested. We are looking for people who are team players. Happy, and friendly. You must have a high work ethic. We are a small team so excellent attendance in previous employment is a must. We need people who are organized, innovative, and great with customer service. Our callers are the people who allow us to have our jobs so it is absolutely essential that you can come in and treat them like gold when they call. There is a lot to learn and a short time to learn it, so it is necessary that you are a fast learner.
Responsibilities
Can communicate via the phone and email
Provide excellent customer service and analyze problems effectively at all times
Work with confidential customer information
Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call/email
Accurately log all customer interactions in data management system
Communicate positively with team members, Consultants and customers
Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by manager
Qualifications
minimum 2-years customer service experience required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Type minimum 50 wpm
High School Graduate or GED required
Ability to use desktop computer system and hardware, e.g. mouse, keyboard
Have strong active listening, multitasking and interpersonal skills
Logical problem solving skills and identify solutions based on written procedures, and guidelines
Proven oral and written communication skills
Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
Basic Excel required
Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused manner
Additional Information
Pay Rate / Range:
DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
