Job Description
Morning Receptionist
We are in need of two part-time receptionist ensuring internal management and external customers have the best experience and receive courteous and prompt service both in person and over the phone. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Open and close front office
Management of reception area
Maintain neat and orderly front desk and reception area
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Conference room schedule
Send, Receive and forward faxes
Sign for deliveries
Call to schedule appointments, professional services, interviews etc.
Prepare packages and print shipping labels
Sort incoming mail
Order office supplies
Company calendar
Maintain employee database
Print and mail invoices
Provide other clerical support as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Qualifications:
Dependability and Reliability
Working hours 8 am to 12:30 pm
Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Key Competencies
Attention to detail and accuracy, interpersonal skills, good communication skills, organizational skills, information management, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills.
