Job Description
Mothers Lounge is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who is genuinely excited to help customers and excited about their job! Starting pay is $13 per hour
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming calls with a positive uplifting attitude
Manage large amounts of incoming emails
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within an appropriate amount of time.
Takes the extra mile to engage customers
Helps with shipping when needed
Qualifications
Works well with others
Problem-solving skills
A natural people-person
Able to follow guidelines and policies
Proven customer service experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Not easily offended
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
High school degree
