Insurance Office Manager/CSR

Job Description
Established Insurance Agency is looking for a full-time office manager. Pay will start at $12/hour and increase to $14/hour after obtaining state insurance licenses. Position also provides opportunities to earn additional compensation by cross-selling additional insurance products to existing households & new policies to new households. Based on experience, pay will increase to salary
commission. Commission can be earned by marketing to existing households for additional policies, and marketing to new households.
Responsibilities
As an office manager / customer service representative you will work directly with existing clients by answering incoming phone calls, returning text messages (on a desktop application), and returning emails. Service work includes making policy changes (adding/removing cars, adding/removing drivers), taking payments for policies, and sending evidence of insurance to banks and credit unions. You will also make outbound calls to alert clients of past due bills, to ask for documentation for discounts, and to follow up on other service issues.
Qualifications
You will be required to pass the state insurance exam and obtain your property & casualty and life insurance licenses. Your training material, test, and license will be paid for. Must be personable and possess good communication skills. Experience in insurance is great, but not mandatory. You will work one-on-one with the agent and another customer service rep to receive all required training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
