Job Description
Manage Canada Marketing team at doTERRA.
Responsibilities
Work with the Director of Marketing and the Canada Country Manager to select and/or manages vendors, freelancers, agencies to ensure quality and to achieve creative objectives.
Work with Director of Marketing and the Canada Country Manager to manage and maintain a consistent look, feel, and messaging throughout all sites, publications, social media channels, exc.
Assures compliance with any/all legal standards for the Canada market, including approval of content by internal legal counsel and regulatory team.
Manages Canada marketing by identifying potential tools, developing strategies, planning content, and evaluating effectiveness.
Leads internal and cross-functional teams to foster communication throughout the organization
Works with the social media team to promote online advocacy and provide real-time member service via social connection.
Understand the Canada market and drives growth, creates a vision of the market, develops value propositions and proof points that further our competitive advantage.
Ensures objectives are delivered on time and as planned and where required, take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Have the ability to analyze past results and make recommendations to maximize ROI and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities/events.
Deploys successful marketing campaigns and build a sustainable relationship with the Canada Marketing Team to implement and execute plans accordingly.
Qualifications
BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
Optional:
Fluent in French Canadian
Proven project and team management experience
Knowledge of market research and communications planning
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to work as part of a team and with cross-functional teams
Ability to plan and manage projects within time constraints, with limited supervisionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
