KLAS is in need of a strong analyst and a strong storytellersomeone who can sit down with client executives and lead them to solutions that improve their healthcare IT products and services.
We are seeking a customer advocate who is adept at resonating with audiences and supporting findings and recommendations with data.

You regularly contact healthcare providers and obtain their feedback on the performance of healthcare technology.
While doing this you build meaningful relationships with these providers and give back industry insights.

You analyze the research findings on a subject and expose the key messages from within the data so that action can be taken by clients to improve.

Finally you will present these findings to client executive teams guiding discussions that lead to and underscore improvement opportunities.
